Maj'Dul Court access question

I've been doing quests/killing opposing guards to get access to the Court of the Blades. I'm now about 25% up the Aimiable staus line, but I haven't got access to the court building. I've tried talking to the blade's guy in the Tower of the Moon but he says just to keep on handing insignia in. So what staus do I have to get before I can be accepted and does that appear as a conversation option with the guy in the Tower when I reach that point.?Or alternatively, have I missed something really obvious and if so, what?
