Looks like if you make a post on the forums about not wanting a subscription then they'll cancel it for you...


You've just received an email informing you that you will be refunded the subscription fee collected for the month of November and that your account will be changed into a Freedom account, without any subscription.

Even thought your account status has changed, if you had leadership positions, your avatars' titles of Guild, Fortress and Holdings Leader are saved.
Regarding those same avatars, equipment of companion level and above which are not flagged as useable by a Freedom access player (without subscription) will be unequipped and stored within backpacks. The player will then have to use game credits to be able to equip their avatars with these objects again.
Note: if the player's backpack is full, the items fall onto the ground. The player will then have to choose the items he wishes to store

If you wish to remain a Master player, we recommend you to change your account status by logging into your Dark and Light self service: http://www.darkandlight.net/selfservice.php3
Choose "Game Access" and change your "Game Access Preferences". Your account will be updated automatically.
